At Arabian Falcon Tourism, we want our clients to feel confident when booking with us. Our refund and returns policy is simple and transparent, ensuring clarity for all bookings.


Refund Eligibility

  • No-Show Clients: If a client has booked a tour but does not show up, they are eligible for a full refund only if requested within 24 hours of booking.
  • Other Cases: No refunds are provided for clients who attend the tour or request a refund after 24 hours.

Non-Refundable Bookings

  • Any bookings requested for a refund after 24 hours of booking.
  • Bookings that were attended by the client.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for tours.
